I left my sunglasses in the room and flew back to Colorado. It took a little to get a hold of the housekeeping department but after I did, they were very responsive and found my glasses. I had to set up a courier to get them to a shipping store but that was relatively painless. Nita was helping me and was very polite and professional. I would go back just for the customer service.

Excellent Mil discount with ticket from the USO. Shuttle was fast and friendly. Bed was comfortable, pillows were nice, towels were soft, and most importantly, water pressure was great. Dated but did it’s job perfectly. Recommended.

Spendy, but it is an airport hotel. Definitely clean, comfortable and the staff is spectacular. The bistro is great, try the club sandwich!

Just a heads up. The toilet is low so if you struggle with low positioned seats ask about a possible ADA room. The rooms have no mini fridge so eat your perishable food quickly. Also bring little house slippers or flip flops if you're a germiphobe because the guest room floors are carpeted. It's weird that the ice bucket and coffee maker are in the bathroom. Bed is comfy, bedding and pillows were good, the room was clean, we needed a toilet plunger soon after getting settled in our room and the service for said item arrived quickly. The walls are solid so you don't have to hear the neighboring guests. The window curtains are thick enough where if you need to sleep during the day you can. The shuttle service that comes with the hotel was very nice and convenient for us.

Shuttle pick up was twice as long as what they told us. We got to the counter and no one was there. They were talking in the back. A family member booked the hotel for us and asked that we be on the room too, but it wasn't added so we had to start the reservation over again. The blonde haired boy was snippy with me when I questioned the room rate. The hotel is a dump. We are only here for one night, but definitely won't again. Better hotel concierges at the front would be a place to start, but also remodeling the rooms.
